CANCELLATIONS
We require a minimum of 24-hour notice for penalty-free cancellation by calling the salon or leave a voicemail if outside of salon hours. You CAN NOT cancel using email. Clients canceling appointments in within 24-hour notice, will be charged a late cancellation fee, which is 50% of the service, 100% if it made on the sameday. Clients can only cancel appointment using online service 48 hours prior to their appointment time.
SERVICE REFUNDS
Adoration Salon does not offer monetary refunds on services rendered. We do have a 7-day policy in place on services in which a client can return and have corrections made.
NO SHOWS
If client does not show up for their scheduled appointments, they will be subject to pay the full amount of the base menu price. They will also be required to attach a credit card to their file to book future appointments. Clients who No Show on more than one occasion must pre-pay, in full, for any services that they would like to schedule.
LATE ARRIVALS
We ask that clients to notify the salon and if they will be running late for their appointment otherwise the client will be considered as NO SHOW.
BLOWOUT PACKAGE
Upon purchasing a blowout series, clients have 90 days to utilize them from the day of purchase. The package is recommended for frequent blowout clients to ensure they are used in a timely manner.
PRODUCT RETURNS
Product refunds will only be given for defective or damaged products. Used products are non-refundable.
GROUP BOOKING (3 & MORE)
For Group Bookings a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. Cancellation without rescheduling must be done 72 hours prior to the service time. Failure to do so will result in an additional 10% Late fee.
